By using Shuhnatty, creating an account, or submitting a shipment request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website.
Shuhnatty is an online transport and delivery services platform that connects customers with delivery service providers/drivers for transporting shipments between locations and cities based on the information and offers displayed on the Platform. The Platform is operated by Muwaffag Abdullah Muhammed Alghamdi Establishment, Unified Number 7040382652.
Users must provide accurate and current information when registering or using the service. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and preventing unauthorized use of the account.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of shipment details, type, images, pickup and delivery locations, recipient information, and any required instructions. Missing or inaccurate information may delay the service, prevent fulfillment, or result in additional cost.
A driver may submit a price offer for a request. The offer does not become binding on the customer until accepted. Once accepted, the approved price is locked for that order as displayed by the Platform and is used as the basis for payment.
Payments are processed through the methods and approved payment providers made available on the Platform. The driver may not alter the official payment amount after the customer accepts the offer through the Platform’s payment flow. Payment transactions may also be subject to the terms of the selected payment provider.
The Platform may require payment to be completed before the trip can begin. When the driver reaches the pickup location, Shuhnatty may use a verification code, location verification, or other approved methods to confirm shipment pickup.
Upon delivery, the Platform may record proof of delivery including a photo, recipient name, time, and relevant location information to document completion of the service.
Location data may be used during an active order for tracking, proximity verification, and service execution. A shareable recipient tracking link may also be provided and may display only the limited information necessary to follow the order.
Shuhnatty must not be used to transport illegal, prohibited, or hazardous items without the legally required approvals. The Platform or driver may reject a request if its contents appear unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for transport.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for preparing and packaging the shipment appropriately for its nature. Fragile or special items and any necessary precautions must be disclosed before service execution begins.
Order chats are intended to coordinate service execution. They may not be used for abuse, threats, fraud, unlawful conduct, or prohibited content. Shuhnatty may retain order-related chat records as reasonably necessary for support, dispute resolution, and safety.
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website. The outcome depends on the order stage, whether the service has started, and what portion of the service has actually been performed.
Customers may raise an issue linked to an active or completed order through the options available on the Platform. Shuhnatty may review order history, payment information, chats, location data, pickup verification, and proof of delivery when reviewing a case.
Shuhnatty may restrict or suspend an account in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misleading information, legal violations, or conduct that may endanger the Platform or its users, subject to applicable legal rights and obligations.
Some Shuhnatty functions depend on third-party providers such as payment gateways, maps, hosting, and messaging services. Certain functions may be affected by the availability of those services, and some transactions may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.
Responsibility will be assessed according to the nature of the incident, available evidence, and applicable laws. Shuhnatty is not responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate user-provided information, improper packaging, prohibited items, or events outside reasonable control, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
The Shuhnatty name, identity, designs, software, and owned content are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization.
These Terms may be updated when services evolve or when operational or legal requirements change. The version published on the website will become effective from the date of publication.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled through the competent authorities and procedures determined by applicable law.
